KeepCue is operated by Start in June LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
KeepCue is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed by Apple. Pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Once purchased, KeepCue is yours to use on all devices associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's standard App Store terms.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Start in June LLC does not process refunds directly.
We may update, modify, or discontinue KeepCue at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the app or its features. Updates are provided at our discretion and may change functionality.
All routine data you create in KeepCue is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

You may stop using KeepCue at any time. Delete the app to remove it from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your access to KeepCue for violation of these Terms. We may also discontinue the app at any time. All routine data stored locally on your device will remain accessible until you delete the app, regardless of termination.
KeepCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular habit formation outcome. Routine guidance and habit loop content are based on published research; individual results will vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start in June LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KeepCue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KeepCue will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming or through arbitration as required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Your use of KeepCue is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and App Store terms, the App Store terms will prevail for App Store-related matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
