Introduction

Welcome to KeepCue, an evening routine app created by Start in June LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Routine Data (Stored On Your Device Only)

All your routine data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not process or store this data on our servers.

Analytics Data

We collect limited, anonymized analytics to understand how the app is used:

• Events: Key in-app actions such as starting and completing a routine session, and configuring your routine
• Basic device info: OS version and app version for compatibility
• Anonymous identifier: A randomly generated ID is created on first launch and stored on your device. It is never linked to your identity and is used only to count unique users and understand usage patterns over time.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• Your routine content, step names, notes, or completion history
• Attribution or advertising data

Crash Reports

If the app crashes, a report is automatically sent to Sentry (our crash reporting service) on the next app launch. Crash reports contain a stack trace and basic device context (OS version, app version). They do not contain any routine data or personal information.

How We Use Your Information

Analytics Data

Analytics data are used to understand which features are used so we can improve the app. Processed by Amplitude, an industry-standard analytics platform.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

On Your Device

All routine data is stored locally using secure on-device storage.

Analytics (Amplitude)

Anonymized usage events are processed by Amplitude. Amplitude is GDPR-compliant and follows strict privacy standards. No personal identifiers or routine content are included in these events. IP address tracking is disabled.

Crash Reports (Sentry)

Crash reports are processed by Sentry, an industry-standard error monitoring platform. Reports are sent only when a crash occurs and contain no routine data or personal information.

Data Sharing

We never share your routine data. It never leaves your device.

We do not:

• Use advertising networks
• Sell or share data with data brokers
• Share data for marketing purposes
• Track users across apps

Data Retention and Deletion

Routine data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app removes all routine data from your device.

Analytics data is retained by Amplitude according to their data retention policies. To request deletion of your analytics data, contact us at support@keepcue.app.

Your Rights

• Access and control: You have complete control over your data on your device
• Deletion: Delete the app to remove all routine data
• Analytics deletion: Email support@keepcue.app to request deletion of analytics data
• GDPR (EU users): All routine data is stored locally on your device. We do not process or store it on our servers. For questions about your rights under GDPR, contact us at support@keepcue.app.
• CCPA (California users): We do not sell your personal information

Third-Party Services

Amplitude Analytics

• Purpose: App usage analytics and improvement
• Data shared: Anonymized usage events and anonymous identifier only
• Privacy: GDPR-compliant, no personal identifiers, IP address disabled

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
